Very stylish Retro jug + stirrer
« on: November 25, 2012, 11:08:58 PM »
I thought id try and id this retro jug as it seems a nicely made piece and has a nice feel to it, I did think it might have been holmegaard or similar but leaning more towards maybe blenko? It has a nicely crafted glass loop handle with very nice  tidy joins with the main body this loop has been covered with a wooden weave and the large stirring rod also has this same weaving to the end of it. The base has a fairly rough polished pontil scar this made me think twice about holmegaard.Any ideas would be very helpfull thankyou
