I don't think anyone should forget what happened in Venice not all that long ago when it comes to Murano & fake labels possibly = China. Ken

Italian for 100% sure - but not Murano. Ultralight tableware in borosilicate glass is churned out by a plant somewhere centre north - but i cannot look it up right now. The treatment of the foot is identical to a labeled piece i have.

Would anyone have an idea what sort of age this piece would be?
Thanks

I'd say recent. I have several pieces (esp. tall flutes more than 40 cm for displaying a single tall rose) with the same foot and I have seen these in a tableware shop somewhere not so long ago.
