Bought today - 10" high with a lustre - looks like flame pontil impressed so I was wondering IOW, but its dubious as I dont recognise the shape at all.

No, it's not their work. The flame pontil mark is most often found impressed on a small gob of glass added to the base over the pontil mark. This isn't a flame pontil mark, it's not an IoW shape or colour or style... sorry, Adam - I'm clueless as to what it might be though.

Not the right shape for IOW, but could be Kerry Glass as they used the same flame pontil mark for a time.

No, not Kerry either.
I'd say this has nothing at all to do with any Harris Dynasty glass - and it's not a flame pontil mark - I think it's just the way this bit has ended up looking... not an actual mark at all, just something random that looks vaguely mark-ish.
Is the bottom bulge a bit different to the top one - it looks as if the top two parts are sitting on top of a bottom part - or is it just the photo, and it's just a wiggly piece?

Thanks. It's just a wiggly piece with three ever decreasing sections.
If it helps, it has a lustre.
