I think these may be Austrian and by Oberglas.  :)

I think this one looks the same, albeit in a different colour, their description of it being a Hyacinth vase is also debatable.

That looks like it,  I agree that it probably isn't a bulb vase.

These are definitely NOT bulb vases and appear in the wishful thinking (i.e., non-bulb vases) chapter of a certain bulb vase book
