Blue ice triangular SU vase - Vladislav Urban for Rosice

We have had several ID requests for ice surface vases so I thought this might be a nice reference.

Height is 9" 23 cm.
the bird bath just screams SU.

Ah yes, very nice 'ice' or 'stone' effect on this design:  Vladislav Urban for Rosice, 1969, pattern number 1506.

Additionally - If I recall correctly, the pattern is called either Moravia or Morava. It comes in several colours, and there are also square versions around. It was suggested somewhere that the triangle version is less common, but they seem to turn up in the Netherlands frequently, so I don't think that's the case.
