Picked up this vase today i thought it may look like Fenton or similar. Its cased ruby in clear glass thats opaline at the top. The base has a ground ring like some sklo union glass. Czech or American not sure. 6.5 inches in height x 5.5 inches widest at lip and 3.25 inch base.
