Another unusual one. Think it's Czech/Bohemian. Marked with numerals to the side of the base as shown. Any thoughts?

I agree with Bohemian - but what is it? Is it the underside of an oil lamp or of a long necked vase? Because the present shape does not make much sense.

Yes, it's definitely glass. It has a polished pontil.

mid 1800s bohemian. I'd believe it if someone told me the xxxx5 stood for 1845.. but I've never seen anything like that on one of these. Harrach, Annin Josephinenhuette.. a few others.. this was very popular and standard of the mid 1800's.
it does look cut down.

If it has a polished pontil mark can we please see a clear photo of the rim. I'm interested to know what job they did of cutting it down. It must have had very sentimental value or be very expensive to merit getting it cut down by half. I can't think I've seen a vase with that shape bottom half either
