Thomas Webb 'Bronze' ??? ID = Confirmed.
« on: December 14, 2012, 09:39:11 PM »
Seasons Greetings to you all... This vase of mine has me confused. I believe it to be a piece of 'Bronze' by Thomas Webb, however unlike other items by Thomas Webb in my collection, it is not signed. I have not handled any Bronze glass before and so am reluctant to establish it. Could it be Richardsons??? I have had this piece for a minimum of 30 years. Please help if you can.  Am at a loss!!!  :-\  Many thanks.

hi, is it at all possible for you to resize your photographs so they show as 600x400 and that way when one clicks on them, they will enlarge so the detail can be seen.
Is your vase green when held up to the light btw?  Also is it possible to have a clear picture of the base of the vase please? and a description of the finish pontil mark etc?
Deep in the recesses of my brain, I seem to remember reading somewhere that Loetz????maybe, did a something similar to this... I'll go have a look round and see if I can find a reference.
many thanks
m
