Festoon/canopy paperweight

Never sure how to describe these, festoon, marquee maybe  :-[  Czech perhaps ? Chinese maybe?
Could it be Scottish with that base, the ground is orange, any thoughts appreciated.

Hi Chris.

I am sure that is the early (1969 - 1971) version of the Perthshire Paperweights 'Aladdin's Cave'  paperweight (PP7/PP8 design, depending upon size).

Thanks Alan, that's good I never thought of Perthshire been looking at Strathearn.
It's 3" diameter and 2.5" high.
