confirmation of Strathearn P7 please

trying to learn a little more about these things, which easy enough with this one since it has a label, and having looked at Richard More's very comprehensive site, hope I'm correct in saying this is a large P7 - diameter is about 3" - almost 80mm.
Would appear this millefiori type were the most common - although designs having three canes on the outside seem in the minority.           Eight spokes on a deep green ground.     Might this be from the '70's or perhaps '80's?          thanks for looking :)
