Scottish Glass Vase ??
« on: December 18, 2012, 04:25:41 PM »
Hi, I picked this up in a Charity Shop. I thought it looked like Vasart/Monart. It is 19cm in height Orange down to blues. It is clear inside but 'frosted' outer with a clear foot. See photo for the pontil mark. How would it be described please ? I cant find a mark or sig on it.

That looks very, very new to me... probably Poland or China.  ???

Only a little wear on the base. Not what I thought it was then. Live and learn  :)

I have learnt not 'ID' things from the internet without plenty of cross referencing. I have made that mistake before  :) I will continue searching for a while and see what comes along. Thanks Lustrousstone.
