Who do you think made the Harlequin below? (I know most of the answer... :) I'm interested to see who gets it correct.)

...nice one! without seeing the profile and the cushion it rests upon,
some of the canes remind me of Peter Holmes (Selkirk), but some
even look like William Manson sen. (at Phoenix Pwt)-Strange are the missing bubbles...

(Peter's brother also made some at Selkirk but I don't have enough material to compare)

;-) I think Alan Ysart is a good idea, but wasn't he seen at ISS space lab lately?;-)))? ejm

No. Sorry - not one I made.

It is a Scotia design (ie Willie Manson studio, but made by one of his co-workers - whose names I do not know), dating to around 1980.  The brochure shows it as design no. 25, called 'Springtime'. It is a five plus one bubble harlequin.

Alan

PS:  Below is one that I made!

that's really pretty  Alan.  I love the design.  Are they incredibly difficult to make?
I would love to have a go, but would like to make one like yours, with a picture in it, not a swirly type design.
Is it hard to ensure the dome is clear and not wreath 'y'?

I made this (together with several other designs, both millefiori and lampwork) on a week long course with Willie Manson in 2003. I think the clarity of the glass depends upon the quality of the glass and eveness of temperature, and Willie seemed to have no problems with cording. I think he still runs some Masterclasses from time to time, as does John Deacons.  Everyone who goes on these courses comes back with some passable weights, and learns a lot about the processes - and some of the challenges! Well worthwhile if you have the time.

Thank you.  I may have to add that to my 'things to do never done before' list.
