Large heavy cylinder Vase Whitefriars or scandinavian?
« on: February 11, 2013, 05:37:17 PM »
Hello any ideas all, lovely clear piece very organic with thick walls about 15mm thick, fully polished pontil, 25cm(10inch) and 10cm(4inch) in diameter, andb heavy at 2.7kg. Like I said in title, scandinavian? very organic, you can see the glass varies in thinkness on the sides, real weight to it, that partly why Whitefriars pops to mind. Thanks for any ideas   Simon

Anything as thick & heavy as that is most likely to be Polish.
