Large Orrefors vase - any info?

This Orrefors vase is 10" tall.  Numbered 3701 and the designer initials are perhaps BM or BU.  I found some designer identification for certain lines, likewise for the stock numbers, but these are not on the lists I found.  Any info regarding line name, age and /or designer would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks for looking.

The vase was designed by Ingeborg Lundin and first appears in the 1960 catalog of Orrefors.

There were three sizes of this form created for sale.
