The Label (I have just discovered) would have read Scandinavian Crystal (SVENSK KRISTALL).
But try as i might - i have yet to find the design attributed to any factory?

Hello
I recently purchased this lamp and after an exhaustive search have discovered the label reads Scandinavian Crystal. I thought it might be by Josef Schott - but can find no other examples?
any leads / ideas would be v much appreciated.
The lamp is 14cm high and weighs 1.1kg.
Regards
ant

this is a good website for Scandinavian glass.  I had a quick browse but couldn't see similar, however you may find something that triggers a thought?
Either way, makes wonderful browsing  :)

SVENSK KRISTALL means Swedish crystal, so that does narrow it down a bit.

Please don't start a duplicate of an existing thread. I'll ask the mods to move the other thread to Scandinavian; that way we have a proper record and less confusion.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound brusque. It's not a rule. It helps to keep things simpler and tidier. The aim is to have a reference site, not just a place for people to ask questions. One of the mods will move it soon. You can always ask for something to be moved by using the report to moderator button

Yes, I quite understand. Sorry!
Thanks for letting me know how to go about moving a question in future.
May I say what a wonderful site this is :)
