Hoping someone could advise as to who the maker was and possible year made . thnx

Stands about 9 inches tall and 5 inches wide( 23cm x 13 cm ) and weighs about 5lbs. thnx

It seems I've got one in my pictures from Kaj Franck 100 years exhibition at the Finnish Glassmuseum. The tag says 1964-1970 if I see it right.
