Yellow Cased Glass Drapery Pattern Vase = ID Help Please

Any ideas on the maker of this piece? I'm lost as usual. 10" tall thin white casing inside amber colored glass. pedestal is applied.

Most likely Empoli of the frivolous kind.  It may have had a lid at one time, to echo the design of the stem.
