Large Cameo Glass Bowl, unknown maker

Hello,

I bought this Large, 17 inch diameter cameo glass bowl, and wonder if anyone has an idea as to maker. It looks a little Schneider to me....

It's Schneider...there is the early inlaid candy cane near the rim.
