Thanks Roy, that's an interesting one as it has frosted panels. I've not seen a part-frosted one of this pattern before. Mine are completely clear. It's Libochovice, either pattern #1692 or #1693, depending on size. The catalogue gives diameters rather than heights: #1692 is 98mm diameter and #1693 is 87mm diameter.
