« on: January 11, 2013, 11:32:26 PM »
Have had this suncatcher for sometime now but have never known if it is the work of john orwar lake or michael bang.It is signed ekenas sweden, but i have never seen anything like this in any reference books.
The suncatcher measures 8inches x 5 inches
any thoughts?

Fire & Sea pg 157 shows 2 Ekenäs suncatchers in the same colour but different designs but they don't attribute a designer, Michael Bang would be the most obvious guess though.

Thanks for the speedy reply.
Judgeing by the two twisting figures could the age of this piece be early sixties?
I have the smoke and ice book, but i think i need to invest in the fire and sea book.
thanks again
