Help with ID of "cranberry" dish, strange included neodymium trail

Not sure how to describe this dish, so best to look at the photos! It's the included trail/ribbon of neodymium in the sides of the dish and also the base, that I find interesting. It's really heavy (nearly 1kg or 2lbs) and measures 12cm (4¾in) square, 4cm (1-5/8in) tall. The main body of the dish has a very thin submerged cranberry colour.
Any help much appreciated!

Has a Cenedese feel to it.

Thanks Nic. I knew it has a quality feel, so will be pleased if it is Cenedese.
