Topic: Candle stick holders

I have recently inherited four very heavy, crystal  candlestick holders.
 Each is signed on the bottom, but I cannot make out the signature. 
 It is either, JR Louis, JB Louis, JS Louis or the last name may be Houis or
 Houix. The person that I inherited them from was in her 90s and a world traveler. A local jewelry store told me that they were of fine quality and in perfect condition.  They, however, could not make out the signature.  They appear to be Scandinavian. I would like to know more about these items but I cannot research them without the correct name.  Can you give me a starting point?

Is there anyone out there that has ever seen the signature on these candleholders?  I'd really like to know more info...possibly interested in selling.  Thank you :D

They look at a lot more French to me than they do Scandinavian, only an opinion though.  The signature could read *something* Buis to me, but I can't find anything about that name...apart from Carre de Buis which doesn't appear related.

Don't recognise the sig but the style is Daum / Sèvres 1960s.  Maybe the Louis part is the model rather than the maker - and CJR could be Claus Josef Riedel who was never averse to a tribute.... in the best possible taste of course.
