I have had a few of these and also seen many different types and styles but i am struggling to find one like this the colour is a green yellow gold and under black light it really glows well. It measures 2" high and has a diameter off 3 3/4". Any ideas please, thanks in advance yours Mark

Yes Anne had a look at those but the base on mine is scalloped not plain. Have contacted Neil & Shannon at the Molineaux & Webb site will let you know how I get on thanks Mark

Reply from Neil Anne
It's a similar colour to their uranium pieces of the 1850 - 1870 period but I can't find a match for it in any of the Manchester registrations. Some of the simpler pressed items like piano feet and tumblers etc - I doubt one could ever prove they were by a particular factory unless they were registered. Maybe it'll appear in one of the catalogues from a northeast manufacturer if you're lucky.
So still a mystery

MW 704 was the closest design I could find from the Manchester images but it didn't quite look like a match to me...
