Can you help ID this paperweight maker

Hi

Do you know the maker of this paperweight?

3.5 ins high egg shaped. Clear glass with green/multi coloured interior with rising bubbles still attached to base. No pontil mark.

Those colours look very Chinese. Is the base matte or shiny?

Just had a look at some chinese paperweights and have found one with a very similar design do I think this is almost definitely chinese - thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

A matte base (on all sorts of things) can be an indicator of Chinese
