Topic: another puzzle: is this 'ribbon' cloud glass?

.........heard of it but not come across it before.

In fact, nothing is normal with this 3 piece. Matt on inside & out, all ribbony and the shape seems a little off too, very turned over rim and very straight sides. I suppose it is davidson 

opinions very welcome as always. I'm learning all the time :-)
