Any help to identify this footed paperweight would be very appreciated.

French or Belgian 19th Century, some of these have a cane or two hidden amongst the frit which can help in identification.

I have a paperweight with similar interior decor with a Clichy cane enclosed,
I think these were made by several companies tho so barring a cane I don't think you'll get closer than country.

There were all white versions of these made in Denmark also I seem to recall.
