La Murrina appear to be a marketting organisation for multiple glassmakers:

And the liviocampanella pages help out with some "uncertain maker" small vases & jugs that have been queried in Glass / Murano. I'll add a comment when I can find the relevant thread(s)

I think that what we now have is confirmation of various items and shapes made by Livio Campanello but using canes made by Moretti/Effetre.
