Ivo this is a Daum bowl
It says it's pate de verre

Not entirely sure if this is relevant but on searching something else I came across this flat tray item by Arne Jon Jutrem for Hadeland.  Thought it might be worth adding a link in case it leads to something to id Ivo's piece
