Every so often I look up Pāte de Verre for some reason or another.  Each time I find myself at this website.  It is has a great section on how Pāte de Verre is made, with step by step visuals.  The finished vase they show is superb. Just thought I'd share

Broadfield House Museum used to have a great collection of French pate de vere. contemporary pate de verre from Japan is amazing.

It's absolutely gorgeous and  reminds me of an Emile Galle marquetrie cameo vase.
