Blue ice bucket

Hi, have not ben able to I/D this ice bucket which is coloured light blue and has a polished out pontil mark. The other striking observation is the miriad of minute bubbles within the glass body. 7 inches tall, 5.250 inches rim dia and 953grms.
Any I/D please

Thanks Anne E.B. for the possible I/D i was getting a bit over excited as i thought the glass looked similar to some of erik hoglund,s glass textures.
