Need artist identification please

Hello, I am hoping that someone can help me identify the artist who made and engraved an oil lamp I recently purchased. The signature is very small and hard for me to read clearly, but looks like it says "RG LeTournous" or something close to that. The date is clearly marked 2/12/87. The engraved image is floral with a butterfly. Please review the image below. I appreciate any ideas or help for suggestions on further research sources you can offer.
