I can't see anything there resembling the decanter. Perhaps an earlier creation though.

You might try searching "Memphis" designs by Ettore Sottsass

they have that look - I don't know about the finish or signature though

I am sure there is better information than this available but just to give you a general impression of the style:

I'm 100% sure it's not Memphis, I've got quite a lot of Sottsas and numerous catalogues and nothing in this vein.
