Victorian? Satin Glass Pitcher American or Czech?

Orangey tan to white coloured 9 inches tall with detailed multicoloured floral, scrolling and criss cross enamelling. Handle has thorny type shape and is clear satinized. Pontil snap base.  Spout ruffled and reveals white shell interior.

Any ideas of make im guessing it either early American or Czech? Is it called satin glass or does it have a specific name.

Help Appreciated

Bohemian would be my guess, especially as the yellow bits look like they should be gilded
