I don't think Isle of Wight glass ever did bases like that - but the colours immediately reminded me of them.  I suggest you check out their patterns and see if you can get a close match.  If you get one that is a really good match one of the following links may be able to give more information as they are specialists.

ive had a look at isle of white and no match that i can find - tho their glass is stunning! they are in receivership sadly
so still open to suggestions

not sure how to make the pix bigger, it wont let me upload anything bigger than 125kb, anyone know how to display larger pix? im a newb to the list so still learning

What program are you using? 

Anne and others here are a Whiz at stuff like that.....and will try to help you.  I was there at one time too.....LOL...so we all work as a Team to try to help. 

Yeah the board does not allow anything over 125.
