Early Strathearn / Late Vasart?

Really nice sharp colours the outer centre ring are dark green and the ones around them a greeny blue then different blues and pink.
Is it a later Strathearn or an early Perthshire ;D
A nice weight thanks for looking.

Forgot to add it's 3" across and a little over 2.5" high.
