my latest charity shop find a nice rare(ish) early Monart Ware  pumice vase in pinks with white liner, 20s/30s shape JA and a real bargain price bought on Friday whilst having a nosey around the shops

I have already heard about this one - you were just lucky I wasn't in the 'Ferry that day - or Alsretro either!

Nice find, Gary. Not my taste at all. (pink and sort of dead-fishy-on-the-slab mottled) I wouldn't have been keeping it if I'd found it. ;)
Happy that you are happy with it.  ;D

Nice find there Gary. Don't get much Monart in the charity shops in Perth and certainly not as rare as your vase.

A great find.  There is absolutely no Monart down my neck of the woods and precious little that's interesting in our charity shops any more.
