Russel Wright Imperial Glass "Pinch" Tumbler Confusion
« on: February 28, 2013, 12:58:58 AM »
I'm confused about sizes and styles (original versus "redesigned"?) of Russel Wright Pinch glasses. Are some of these lookalikes made by competitors?  The four I own, two and two, are shown here.  The larger ones are heavier and thicker glass, with indented bottom.  The smaller one is thinner glass, with a flat bottom.  Although it's hard to see in my photos, the taller one has oval-shaped indentations to sides, whereas the smaller is more rounded.  Taller one is 4 3/4" tall, 3 5/8" diameter.  The shorter is 4 1/2" tall, 3 1/4" diameter.  I'd love to know what I have.

Thanks,
Charles

Charles,

Check the website MODish.net.  They have a section devoted to RW and I distinctly recall a post regarding the different sized tumblers.
