One I have, is  discussed in this thread some more photos including a box with butterfly ones in.
I originally thought mine was an older Czech one too.

  Interesting weights at about £10- £20 area.  Was originally educated that these are circa 1960s Czech workers.    The previous answers seem to be as close as possible to attribution.
          Two more for you to peruse.  The butterfly I still have, which has a decent matt base finish and the "umbrella" I have sold which has a polished base finish.

i have one of these butterfly weights which i thought was bohemian as well , i will post some images to compare if anyone is intrested in viewing them!!!
