a pair or a mismatch

Not sure if this is for in here but here it goes
do you think that these go together or are part of a different set bought together
there is always someone worse off .

The plate is Stölzle, Heřmanova huť. The vase may be Stölzle too but they aren't a set. Nor are they part of a trinket set.
