I see this style fairly often, but this one is better formed overall than most.  Figuring late 19th century Bohemian or English, but can anyone narrow it down?  Polished pontil, and it has more numbering than I've seen before: 5. B.301.  894/5.

I'd say Bohemian the way the numbers are written but you never know  ::)

If the raised bits under the gilding are yellow, I'd go for Bohemian too
