Hi Ken & welcome  :D

Your vase is made by Johansfors Glasbruk, Sweden. So, yes it is Scandinavian.
These are normally signed underneath with JG in script and are sometimes seen on ebay attributed to Ingridglas, as the seller seem to think that the 'J' is and 'I'
I have 4 of this style of vase and particularly like them  :lol:
