Am really hoping to move this off  of my UGO shelf (Unidentified Glass Object). Stands 5" Tall x 9" wide. Plenty of base wear. Any ideas? Thanks!

This looks cut to me, with the concave and polished pontil rod mark, I see more as Scandinavian, French or possibly Belgian, but I do not know much about VSL, or their base finishes..... Is it lead crystal? I don't think it looks Czech is all I can add.....
