Thank you, Roy.

Registered by Sowerby on 30 August 1888. Thompson and Cottle both give the description as 'vase and pattern'.

Can't seem to find the corresponding Sowerby pattern number in any of the extant pattern books at the moment, but will post it if I can find it in due course.
