ID Help with Czech Glass Vase please

Stands 8 inches at tallest and 4 inches at widest. Smooth polished base and about 2.5 lbs. Has partial sticker remaining. Hoping someone here could point me towards a maker/model#.  Thnx for looking

Looks like a Veliskova for Skrdlovice from the late 1950's.  Unusual colours, too. The label is a Czech export label that is seen a fair bit in Canada.
