For reference:
nice bowl with bubbles and blue powdery inclusions, 20 cm diameter, designed by Hans-Christian Wagner for Björkshult.
I would think from the 1960s or early 1970s?

I am glad it is labeled, as the snapped off pontil is not a feature I would usually associate with Scandinavian glass...

Is the pontil mark a nice round circle but slightly rough circle smoothish in the middle?

btw - love both pieces   I'm just curious about a pale blue bowl I queried many moons ago and I think Ivo mentioned Bjorkshult then.

Yes snapped off but only slightly rough around a central smooth area - the result of very careful work I guess.

Thanks Ivo, I was just wondering if it is also the result of the type of pontil rod used?

I have two unidentified pieces, that both have that pontil mark.  One is my dotted ribbed trailed cinderella skirt decanter, the other is the one with the pinched ribs.  I think the decanter dates to a lot earlier than the 60's/70s - it's possible the pinched ribs one might also be a lot earlier, or it could be an early studio piece from the 60s/70s. 
Perhaps they both originated in Scandinavia (Sue had suggested that as a possible for the pinched ribs originally.  And I'd been wondering about the decanter.
