help with info on these schnapps glasses?

Hi, i was wondering if anyone can help with info on these tiny glasses which are hand painted, date? etc, are these collectable? any info would be great, they are boxed and in great condition

 :) I don't know about collectable - but they do have a certain appeal, so I would imagine they might be.
