Google Translate might help to get the important bits of the info ::).
Eduard Rau was their official distributor in Munich. In 1893 he was granted the title of Hoflieferant - which helps date the items.

Here you'll find a short history ... even with English translation ;).

I was puzzled by Wuff's word Hoflieferant as it's not one I've seen before, so I found a meaning (adding here for reference) http://www.dict.cc/german-english/Hoflieferant.html - apparently it means Royal Warrant Holder, purveyor to the court, purveyor by appointment, purveyor to the Royal Household, so is the German equivalent of the UK's By Royal Appointment status.
