On ebay I have found this one
http://www.ebay.de/itm/380624511121?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1426.l2649
The seller presume a french origin, but I prefer Silesia or Thuringia.
Any opinions?

I think it is an unusual piece. Some of the canes look a little 'Old English', whereas others look French to me.  I suspect it it from one of the lesser known / unknown French or Belgian factories, but I am not sure.
