Hello everyone, I am just starting a project alongside an artist to create a homeware range. This homeware range will include some glass items and I am trying to find somewhere to produce both samples and a small scale production to follow on. So far the best sounding manufacturer I have managed to find is located in Germany but I would really like to keep any sampling or production in the UK. Does anyone know of any big or small glass manufacturer that has worked with artist before or that would be interested in a project like this?

I really appreciate any advice on this.
Thank you,
marina

You may find the directory of glassmakers and artists on the scotland's glass website useful. A great resource!

I really appreciate any advice on this.

Hi Marina,
I have worked with Adam who produced the most amazing piece of glass for me .............. He has full production capacity if you want to take it beyond the trial stage .

Hi Patrick,
thank you for sending a confirmation on the advice. I have been in contact with Adam and I have seen his work which is very impressive.

If people still have more advice to give I don't think you can ever get too much.

Thank you very much,
Marina
