Skrdlovice?
« on: June 09, 2013, 10:15:03 PM »
Looks like it could be a Skrdlovice piece? but the base has a hole in it where the bubble was made. Stands 7x5 inches pink and citrine with wings. Nice little piece, but no idea who made it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thnx for looking

Hi, nice vase. I would discount Skrdlovice. Possibly ZBS but the colours suggest Czech Republic era ZBS to me maybe. Also we have to look out for production from companies today like Mikasa and Libera (and Princ with other older Czech designs) as these companies make some pieces that are virtually indistinguishable from a few older designs. Hopefully someone with more contemporary glass knowledge can help more,
